Shipping

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.
Order processing times vary from 24 to 72 hours after receiving the order.

Delivery takes place via express courier 1-3 working days from the date of order processing. For the islands, delivery times are 3 to 5 working days from the date of order processing.

Shipping is free* throughout Italy for all orders exceeding 99.00 euros

Returns

You can make a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

You can write to us at info@thamarena.com, indicating your name, surname and order number in the subject, we will reply with all the information necessary to make the return.
The costs and organization of the return are the responsibility of the customer, except for errors attributable to our warehouse.

Le spese e l’organizzazione del reso sono a carico del cliente, salvo errori imputabili al nostro magazzino.
